Important Booking Information
- Matted coat shave down (From £20) Applied when severe knotting requires a close, humane clip-off for animal welfare. This surcharge covers the intensive extra time required and subsequent sharpening costs for dull or damaged blades.
- Behavioural/sensitive handling (From £15) Applied if a pet requires specialized safety handling or extended pacing breaks due to severe anxiety or resistance.
- Flea cleanse & sanitisation fee (£30) Mandatory if fleas are discovered during the groom. Covers the immediate application of insecticidal wash to the dog and a complete chemical deep-cleaning of the van interior before the next appointment.
- Van parking & access requirements Our modern grooming van is entirely self-powered. We require a legal, clear parking space within reasonable proximity to your property to operate safely.
